Fractional Growth Product Manager

I help products go from "people are signing up" to "people are sticking around"

I specialise in the messy middle - activation, engagement, and retention, where teams with healthy acquisition often lose momentum.

Integration partnerships: I've worked with Adobe and Microsoft to deliver 0-1 integrations between Miro & their product.

These are the types of problems I can help you with

01
Onboarding, activation, and engagement
Funnel audits, user discovery, getting users to product value, ensuring users engage deeply and regularly - all with the goal of getting them to stick around and pay.
02
Understanding why users leave, and fixing it
Churn is rarely one thing. I use data and user insights to identify the why, then build a plan to address it.
03
Bringing order to a team that's stuck
Drawing from nearly a decade of experience, I can help define rituals, discovery habits, and implement a working cadence that helps teams become unblocked to ship impact regularly.

I've spent nearly a decade close to the product and the customer

I started as a UX/UI designer, which is why staying close to the user is in my foundation. That curiosity pulled me into product management, then into growth and conversion rate optimisation. I spent over five years at YouCanBookMe, a bootstrapped scheduling platform serving 1.5 million users, owning the full growth funnel with no big team and no fancy tooling: just funnel data, real conversations, and a habit of shipping and learning fast.

I formed and led that growth function from scratch: onboarding and activation, an SMS flow that lifted monthly revenue per user, fixing seasonal churn with a pause-subscription option, and a full revamp of our free-to-trial and trial-to-paid flows.

I love marrying data with user voice to really understand opportunities and improve the metrics that matter.

From there I joined Uizard, a small team at the forefront of AI design tooling, where our product trio shipped an AI-powered Figma import workflow that drove 500k+ design elements imported by 52k users in its first month. When Miro acquired Uizard, I stepped into a much bigger, more complex organisation, partnering closely with Adobe and Microsoft on integrations between our products.

I'm now going back to my roots, partnering with a select number of small teams with interesting growth opportunities.

How an engagement works

Check-in
For staying sharp, not stuck
5 hours / week (~20 / month)
£2,200
per month
A light, regular cadence for teams who already have momentum but want an experienced second pair of eyes. Think monthly funnel reviews, sanity-checking what to prioritise next, and being on hand when a decision needs a growth lens.
Partner
For owning a problem, end to end
10 hours / week (~40 / month)
£3,900
per month
Real ownership of one growth area. Weekly discovery and prioritisation, with enough hands-on time to scope, ship, and measure. Whether that's sign up drop off, sluggish activation funnel, or churn that's creeping up.
Embedded
For when growth can't wait
15 hours / week (~60 / month)
£5,300
per month
Deep context on your product and your users, and the bandwidth to move multiple initiatives forward at once, for teams who need a growth lead now, not after a three month search.
Project based
For one sharp, defined problem
Based on your needs
Negotiable
A fixed scope, fixed timeline engagement. Useful for a funnel teardown, an onboarding audit, or a focused discovery sprint to land your next 90 days of growth bets. Tell me the problem, and I'll send back a clear plan and price.

Engagements typically run a 3 month minimum, billed monthly, with the opportunity to extend should we both wish.

What's included

  • Weekly written update on what moved and why
  • One sync call per week, async otherwise
  • Direct collaboration with your engineers and designers and other relevant team members
  • Discovery, prioritisation, and shipped outcomes
  • Handover documentation, so the thinking stays after I'm gone

Good fit if you

  • Don't have a dedicated product function yet, or have a small team without bandwidth to tackle growth opportunities
  • Have early traction and need to convert it
  • Want someone hands-on, not just advisory
  • Value evidence over opinion when deciding what to build next
